Professional 6-Step Tile & Grout Cleaning Process
1.Pre-Inspection & Floor Preparation:
We inspect the tile and grout, identify heavily soiled areas, determine the tile type (ceramic, porcelain, or natural stone), and protect surrounding baseboards, furniture, and adjacent surfaces before cleaning begins.
2. Apply Professional Cleaning Solution:
A professional-grade cleaning solution is evenly applied to the tile and grout. The solution is allowed to dwell for several minutes, loosening embedded dirt, grease, oils, and contaminants without damaging the surface.
3. Deep Scrubbing & Agitation:
Using commercial rotary equipment and specialized grout brushes, we thoroughly agitate the cleaning solution to break apart years of embedded soil trapped deep within the grout lines and textured tile surfaces.
4. High-Pressure Hot Water Extraction:
Our truck-mounted tile cleaning system uses high-pressure hot water to rinse the floor while simultaneously vacuuming away dirty water, leaving the tile and grout exceptionally clean with no sticky residue.
5. Detailed Edge Cleaning & Final Inspection:
Corners, edges, transitions, and hard-to-reach areas receive additional attention. We perform a final quality inspection to ensure every section of the floor meets our professional standards.
6. Optional Grout Sealing (Recommended):
After the grout has completely dried, we can apply a premium penetrating grout sealer to help repel spills, resist staining, and make routine maintenance much easier while extending the life of your grout.
